LCD

MotionCOMMAND™ LCD is available in a 32", 42", 55", 65" and 80" diagonal screen size. Standard number of simultaneous touches are two (2) or four (4), but custom models can be equipped with up to forty (40).

Each MotionCOMMAND comes ready to use with a crystal clear LCD or LED TV and can be mounted in many different ways via its standard VESA or LCD mounting holes. To use, simply plug in the USB video and power cables, install the driver software, and you're set to go.

Why does Music Computing use LCD / LED TVs and not industrial video monitors? In many instances industrial video monitors are proprietary, meaning only one factory makes them. If anything goes wrong, replacement parts can only be sourced through them and are often times very expensive. By using name-brand LCD / LED televisions, we are able to assure our users the ability to replace or even upgrade their video monitors if necessary. In addition, LCD / LED TVs provide better styling and more robust features than most industrial monitors, making them more versatile. For example, LCD / LED TVs provide built-in speakers, which most industrial video monitors lack, allowing them to function much better in interactive environments requiring audio.

ClearVIEW

MotionCOMMAND™ ClearView™ is designed for maximum visual impact.

The image is produced using a video projector placed in front of the rig instead of a LCD.

The frosted glass surface partially reflects the image, allowing the audience to see what is being displayed as well as the ability to see your hands as they manipulate the software controls on the touchscreen surface. MotionCOMMAND™ ClearView™ is available in 32", 42", 55" and 65" size screen with either 2 (two), 4 (four) or 32 (thirty two) simultaneous touches.

A rack is included as well as custom mounting hardware. With unprecedented control and visuals, MotionCOMMAND™ ClearView™ takes live performance to a whole new level. A short-throw video projector with a minimum resolution of 1280 x 800 is highly recommended and is sold separately.

MotionCOMMAND™ ClearView™ mini is the latest addition to Music Computing's MotionCOMMAND™ line of multi-touch products. Available in a 22" wide-screen size, the ClearVIEW mini provides 2 simultaneous touch capabilities for Windows 7, Windows 8, and single touch for Mac OS X (10.6 and 10.7) and Android.

The Clearview mini is designed for use as a video controller for music applications as well as an interactive display for business or general purpose computing and comes complete with a folding stand and universal video projector mount.

ClearVIEW mini connects to a computer or laptop via a single USB cable. Setup and take down of the ClearVIEW mini is less than 5 minutes and the retractable stand can be disassembled to fit into a shoulder bag.

MotionCOMMAND™ Frame is an innovative way to enhance your user experience by instantly turning any video monitor or TV into a multi-touchscreen. Simply attach the MotionCOMMAND Frame to your video screen or LCD, plug in the USB power/controller combo cable, run the calibration software, and you're done. Available in the following sizes: 17", 19", 20", 22", 24", 32", 40", 42", 55", 65", 80" and starting at only $199, MotionCOMMAND Frame gives you cutting-edge technology on a budget.

MotionCOMMAND Frames sized: 17", 19", 22", 32", 40, 42", 55", 65", and 80" are all compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8, Mac OS X and Android. (Please note our products only support single touch for Mac OS X and Android)

All MotionCOMMAND Frames up to 24" are equipped with two (2) touch capability. 32" and larger sizes can be equipped with four (4) or more touches with a maximum of forty (40).

To select the proper size MotionCOMMAND Frames for your LCD or video monitor, please pick the same size Frame as your LCD or LED. It is possible to use a Frame that is slightly larger than your LCD or LED if the exact size is not available . The important thing is to select a Frame that has an active area equal to or larger than your viewable area. It is fine if the active area and / or the outer dimension of the Frame are larger than your LCD or video monitor, as you can calibrate the Frame to work within the viewable area even if the viewable area is smaller.

MotionCOMMAND Frames are also available in water resistant models sizes: 32", 40", 42", 46", 55" and 65". These models provide total protection against dust ingress with additional protection against low pressure water jets from any direction with limited ingress, allowing them to be used both indoors and outdoors.

IT

MotionCOMMAND™ IT (Interactive Table) is the touch control multi-media table everyone has been looking for. It is perfect for use in the office, at tradeshows, restaurants, clubs and even at home.

Control Everything: At the heart of the MotionCOMMAND IT is a large format multi-touchscreen capable of allowing the user to control anything displayed on the screen. The MotionCOMMAND IT is available in standard 32" and 42" screen sizes or custom models up to 100" with 2, 6, 16 or 40 simultaneous touch points (Please contact us for more information).

Connection is simple, and provided via a single USB cable to the built-in or external computer. Please note: the computer operating system and software application must be multi-touch capable for the MotionCOMMAND IT to utilize, otherwise the controls will be single touch only.

Water Resistant: The MotionCOMMAND IT provides total protection against dust ingress with additional protection against low pressure water jets from any direction with limited ingress, the MotionCOMMAND IT can be operated both indoors and in the wild.

MotionCOMMAND™ CT (Interactive Coffee Table) stylish coffee table equipped with a multi-touch touchscreen and Android mini PC. Designed to be the command center of your living room, the MotionCOMMAND CT allows you to interact with the world right from your couch.

Convenient and Safe: The MotionCOMMAND CT is perfect for office reception areas or trade show events where easy access to an information kiosk is needed. In these unsecured areas, it is impossible to leave traditional smart phones and tablet devices unattended as they would be at risk of theft or other damage. In addition, the 22” or 32” screen makes a much bigger impact for your presentations than the 4” screen typically found on a smart phone or even a 10” LCD from a tablet media device.

Android Built-In: Each MotionCOMMAND CT is constructed from durable yet light materials which are designed for years of use. Centered in the table is a crystal clear LCD touchscreen powered by a built in Android mini PC allowing the user to surf the internet as well as download and run any Android apps available.

Well Connected: Standard connections include USB, Wi-Fi and HDMI for connectivity and HD video display.

Plays Well With Others: The MotionCOMMAND CTis also compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Mac OS X. Multi-touch is available for Windows 7 and Windows 8 and single touch is available for Mac OS X and Android. However, applications that are written to work in multi-touch mode for Mac OS X and Android may also work in multi-touch mode with the MotionCOMMAND CT.

Crystal Clear: The LCD touchscreen is capable of displaying full 1080p (1920 x 1080) high-resolution images and video for clear, crisp viewing. Both HDMI and VGA connectors are provided.

TV Included: A remote control is included to power on and off the touchscreen as well as selecting input source or watching standard HD television channels.

MotionCOMMAND™ IT-R (Interactive Table) is a ruggedized interactive command table designed for hazardous or hostile environments. Building upon the technology leading line of multi-touchscreen products from Music Computing, the MotionCOMMAND IT-R provides ultimate control over multi-media assets with the addition of armored protection.

Bullet Resistant Glass – The MotionCOMMAND IT-R is available with bullet resistant glass rated from protection level 1 to 8. The thickness of the glass is dependent upon the protection level, which ranges from ¾” to 3”. The thickness of the glass is not seen from the top of the table as it extends downwards through the table top.

Armor Plated Table – The MotionCOMMAND IT-R table consists of a bullet resistant armor plated top and a conference table style curve base. Alternative support legs are available per customer requirements. The bullet resistant table top is also available with protection levels ranges from 1 to 8. The thickness of the armor plate is also dependent upon the protection level, which ranges from .118” to ½”. The MotionCOMMAND IT-R comes in 3 different table sizes: 54” (L) X 42” (W) for the 32” screen, 64” (L) X 48” (W) for the 42” screen and 74” (W) X 60” (L) for the 65” screen, all with a height of 28”. Takes a Hit and Keeps on Going – The MotionCOMMAND IT-R is designed to continue to operate even after being hit. If the damage does not exceed the rated security level of the unit, it will continue to show the image of the computer system as well as allowing the user to control the touchscreen, even if the bullet resistant glass is shattered or contains spider webbing from the impact of the projectiles. Although technically it will provide protection from the top or bottom, the MotionCOMMAND IT-R is designed to be used as a shield with the top facing the direction of the hostile fire. Please note: direct hits to the unprotected LED or computer system will render it in-operable, unless those components have also been protected by armor plating, which is available as an option

National Instruments NI Week 2011: Music Computing's MotionCOMMAND touchscreen solutions are perfect for general purpose computing and high impact interactive displays.
